Tax Preparation fees start at $195 and Bookkeeping service fees will vary based on specific need. We offer stand-alone and bundle pricing for your tax preparation and/or bookkeeping needs. A free 30-minute consultation and a submitted Tax Checklist (for tax prep service only found on our Homepage under Helpful Links) are required to provide a quote based on your needs.
Individual Tax Preparation & Planning
Effective tax preparation and planning can help you minimize your future tax liability. We can provide yearly income tax assessments to make sure estimated payments and deductions remain accurate. Claiming exempt from federal and state income taxes will result in penalties for underpayment of estimated taxes and can increase your chances of being audited. Tax Advisory services that include quarterly meetings are also available for an additional fee.
Bookkeeping (no Payroll service)
We offer services using QuickBooks Online (QBO) for monthly Bookkeeping, Clean-up/Catch-up Projects and setting up your new QBO profile. Our monthly bookkeeping service includes monthly or quarterly financial statements. Bookkeeping fees are based on number of accounts and transaction volume. Clean-up/Catch-up Projects are priced on a case-by-case basis. New QBO profile set-up includes setting up your Chart of Accounts and walking you through linking your business bank accounts.
